Having worked with Carden Company on various new construction and expansion projects over the years, Parman Energy turned to us to make quick work of getting their building stabilized and their staff back to work after their corporate offices suffered significant flood damage.
After helping Parman find temporary work spaces, including trailers, for their employees, Carden assisted with the clean-up of Parman’s various buildings. This posed some special challenges since, in addition to the general water damage the flood caused for the building, it also brought various pollutants which required special clean-up.The corporate offices needed more than just cleaning. Carden managed the gutting and stabilization of the building, getting it ready for a complete interior rebuild. Working with Interior Design Services, Inc., the Carden team managed the construction of the stylish, yet functional, modern design. Coming in on-time and on-budget, the Parman renovation allows the company to put their energy back into producing energy.
