Phoenix Medical Office Building, LLC
Dr. Roy Terry wanted to build a new medical space at a readily accessible location in Lebanon, TN. He found the perfect site and then employed Carden Company, Inc. to construct a new 25,000 square foot medical office building shell. During that process. Tennessee Orthopedic Alliance leased a large portion of the building and Carden Company built them a 12,000 square foot, state-of-the-art medical office suite in the building at the same time. Two beautiful projects rolled up into one that was on time and under budget.
